Krista Policchio, PharmD

Krista Policchio, PharmD, is the director of pharmacy at NW Indiana ER & Hospital, where she is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the hospital and emergency room.

Throughout her career, Krista has excelled as an emergency room pharmacist with multiple accreditations and accolades. Krista has also been responsible for developing various protocols, acute ischemic stroke, diabetic ketoacidosis, and sepsis, to name a few. Krista is also a member of the Indiana Pharmacists Alliance (IPA), the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)

Krista is known by her colleagues as a highly-skilled pharmacist with a tireless work ethic and impeccable problem-solving capabilities. In her spare time, Krista enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with family, and touring wineries.
