NW ER was excellent, from the time I arrived until I left  the facility, from check-in, to triage, Dr. Shah, x-ray tech, EVERYONE was kind. The time it took from check-in to getting called to the back was less than 30 minutes. It didn't take 5 or 6 hours or longer for treatment, diagnosis, to release.
